01はじめに

MekeHaneko（以下「当方」）は、アプリ「Dawnward」（以下「本アプリ」）で取り扱う情報について、次のとおり定めます。

本アプリは iPhone 向けのアクションゲームです。アカウントの登録はありません。当方が運営するサーバーに、お客様の情報を送信することはありません。

02端末内に保存する情報

ゲームの記録（ベスト記録の高さ、集めたエンバーの数、遊んだ回数、選んでいるマフラー）と、設定（効果音・音楽・振動のオン／オフ、操作説明を見たかどうかなど）を、お客様の端末内にだけ保存します。アプリを削除すると、これらのデータも削除されます。

03広告（Google AdMob）

本アプリは、画面の上部に表示する広告に、Google LLC の広告配信サービス「Google AdMob」を利用しています。広告の配信と効果の測定のため、Google が次のような情報を収集・利用することがあります。

• 広告識別子（IDFA）：アプリの起動時に表示される「トラッキングの許可」で、許可した場合だけ使われます
• IPアドレス、端末の種類、OS のバージョン、IPアドレスから推定されるおおよその地域
• 広告の表示やタップの記録

トラッキングを許可しなくても、ゲームはすべて遊べます（その場合、表示される広告はお客様に合わせたものになりません）。許可は、iPhone の「設定」→「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「トラッキング」から、いつでも変更できます。

「広告を消す」を購入すると、広告は表示されなくなります。

Google による情報の取り扱いは、Google プライバシーポリシーとGoogle のサービスを使用するサイトやアプリから収集した情報の Google による使用をご覧ください。

04ランキング（Game Center）

ランキングのため、ベスト記録の高さを、Apple の「Game Center」に送信します。Game Center にサインインしていない場合は送信されません（サインインするまで端末内に保存し、サインインしたときに送信します）。ランキングに表示される名前などは、Apple が管理します。詳しくは、Apple のプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。

05結果の共有

結果画面の「Share」を押すと、そのときのゲーム画面と記録をまとめた画像を、端末内で作ります。画像と投稿文は、お客様が共有メニューで選んだアプリ（X など）や操作（画像を保存など）にだけ渡されます。当方に送信されることはありません。

「画像を保存」を選んだときだけ、写真ライブラリへの追加の許可を求めます。本アプリが写真ライブラリの写真を読み取ることはありません。共有した先での情報の取り扱いは、各サービスの規約・ポリシーに従います。

06アプリ内課金

「広告を消す」の購入は、App Store を通じて行われます。お支払い情報は Apple が管理し、当方は受け取りません。購入の状態を確かめるため、本アプリは App Store と通信します。

07インターネット接続の確認

本アプリは、オフラインかどうかを確かめるために、端末の通信状態を調べます。この確認は端末内だけで行い、結果を外部に送信しません。

08第三者への提供

当方は、本アプリを通じてお客様の個人情報を受け取りません。そのため、第三者に提供することもありません。上記の外部サービス（Google、Apple）での情報の取り扱いは、各社のポリシーに従います。

09安全管理

お預かりした個人情報は、漏えい・滅失・毀損を防ぐため、適切に管理します。利用目的の達成に必要な期間だけ保管し、不要になったときは適切な方法で削除します。

10開示・訂正・削除のご請求

ご自身の個人情報の開示、訂正、削除、利用の停止をご希望のときは、下記の窓口までご連絡ください。ご本人であることを確認したうえで、法令に従い、遅滞なく対応します。

11本ポリシーの改定

法令の変更やアプリの変更に合わせて、本ポリシーを改定することがあります。改定した内容は、このページに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。

ENPrivacy Policy (English)

This policy explains how MekeHaneko ("we") handles information in the iPhone game "Dawnward" (the "App"). The App has no accounts, and we do not operate any server that receives your data.

• Data on your device: Your records (best altitude, embers collected, number of runs, selected scarf) and settings (sound, music, vibration, whether you have seen the tutorial) are stored only on your device and are deleted when you delete the App.
• Advertising (Google AdMob): The App shows a banner ad provided by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect your device's advertising identifier (IDFA, only if you allow tracking), IP address, device model, OS version, approximate location inferred from the IP address, and ad interactions. You can play the whole game without allowing tracking, and you can change this anytime in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Buying "Remove Ads" stops ads from being shown. See Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
• Leaderboard (Game Center): Your best altitude is sent to Apple Game Center only when you are signed in to Game Center (until then it is kept on your device). See Apple's Privacy Policy.
• Sharing your result: When you tap "Share", the App creates an image of your result on your device. The image and message go only to the app or action you choose in the share sheet; nothing is sent to us. The App asks for permission to add to your photo library only if you choose "Save Image", and it never reads your photos.
• In-app purchase: "Remove Ads" is purchased through the App Store. Apple handles your payment information; we never receive it.
• Connection check: The App checks whether your device is online. This check happens on your device and nothing is sent.
• Sharing with third parties: We do not receive your personal information through the App, so we do not share it with anyone. Google and Apple handle information under their own policies.
